Scholarships

Every April, a Scholarship Information Session is held with information on scholarships. If you wish to apply for scholarships and/or student loans, please attend this session.
Please note that systems similar to the Ishikawa Prefecture Nurse Training Fund (2. below) and the Ishikawa Prefecture Scholarship Fund (4. below) may also be available from other prefectures, so students hoping to receive such scholarships in their home prefecture are advised to speak to the relevant department in their prefecture. For other scholarship opportunities, notices will be posted on the year-level-specific noticeboards and the all-year-level common noticeboards.
Graduate School students are only eligible for JASSO scholarship loans (1. below).

1. JASSO Scholarship Loans

The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) loans money for university expenses to outstanding students with excellent academic ability, whose financial situation makes it difficult to pay for their education.
Please note that students who have received decision notices of scholarship student selection, prior to admission, are required to go through the specified application process. Please submit the documents received from JASSO to the Academic Affairs Office by the due date.
